Exercising



When you look in a mirror what do you see?
Some of you might say old, young, fat, skinny,tall or short. Truth be told you probably have a lot of names you call yourself that may or may not be degrading. For those of you who do you're off to a good start.
The others you have to ask yourself this question? How would you feel if someone call you by all the degrading names you call yourself? Am sure you will be humiliated and hurt and even want to punch the person. So why are you doing it to yourself.

The first step to becoming beautiful is first believing that you are beautiful inside and out. What we feel inside tends to show outside. This article is about taking care of yourself in everything you do.

No diet is going to work without Food, Exercise The trick to loosing weight is by control portions. Each day decrease your meat and add vegetables. Instead of 2 cups of ice-cream, eat half cup. Soon you will see your pounds dropping.


Exercising
  1. When it comes to exercising we delay it to tonight,tomorrow, maybe weekend until the whole week past and you haven't exercise at all. In everything we do we exercise in talking, walking, hand movements, smiling. Do you know laughing raises your heart rate by 10-20% causing you to burn 1.3 calories per minute. So laugh away your day its your first step to loosing weight.  
  2. Do an invisible exercise by tightening your stomach or butt muscles, holding for ten seconds, and then releasing. Repeat exercise 10-15 times up to three times a day for a simple toning effort.
  3. Even before you shower you can bend and touch your toes do 10-15 times per bath. This improves your flexibility each time you do it. 
  4. While still in bed lying down bring you knees up in a 90 degree angle then lower your legs to 1 inch above your bed. Do 10-15 to tone Butt,legs also strengthens your lower back muscles.
  5. Instead of taking the elevator use the stairs. Climbing stairs for 4 minutes burns 50 calories. Imagine if you did that twice a day for a week that is 700 calories poof just for walking up stairs.
  6. In between advertisements do jumping jacks or sit ups or even standing burns 280 calories for 2 hours a day( Weight and other factors varies). So get up during commercials and laugh away to loose those pesky pounds, hey even touch your toes while you're at it.
Just remember if you don't have time to exercise you could always do these exercises. Because weather you're a new mom, or just trying to get fit remember exercise in everything you do.
